What to Expect on a Sunday

Drop in before 10:35am for a cup of coffee. You can then check in your kids, babies through fifth grade, into our children’s ministry. One of our friendly Vision Team members will help you find where to go.

When the service begins, you will find that we have prayer partners available for anyone to receive prayer at any point during the service. They are positioned at the sides of the worship center. We will also ask you to fill out a You Matter card. This is how we gather information and prayer requests so that we can communicate effectively with each other. You will find the card in your program or you can fill it out digitally by clicking here or using our app, which you can download by texting PinnacleCC App to 77977.

Our worship team will then lead us all in singing songs of praise and worship. The Pinnacle community is expressive in worship so you will see some people raising their hands while others are more reserved. Feel free to worship in whatever way you are comfortable.

At the close of the singing part of the service, we will take time to minister to one another. During this time some will pray in their seats, others will cross the room to pray for someone, while some will also go to the prayer partners for prayer. There is no expectation for guests to take part, but praying is a core practice at Pinnacle and we want to learn to pray for one another.

Once ministry time has come to a close, one of the teaching team pastors will teach a biblical message that is timely and applicable. At the end, time is given to respond to what God is doing. We give time for people to respond by saying “yes” to Jesus for the first time, refocusing their walk with Jesus, and by placing tithes and offerings in the giving boxes.
